Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your GroupXpense account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from the app (instant)

1. Open the GroupXpense app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your identity when prompted

Note: you must leave all your groups first, so shared balances stay accurate for other members.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at support@groupxpense.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, sign-in credentials)
• Your profile data

Expenses and settlements you recorded in shared groups remain visible to other group members so their balances stay correct, but they are no longer linked to your identity.
